Many of you have visited the tiny house lot, through dozens of open houses and school visits, community events, and walking by the alley. It has been a joy to build something really unique here on the lot, and more importantly, to be able to share the experience and the space with you. However, over the past years work, child raising, and a move across town have not allowed me to keep up with the extensive orchard & gardens and microhomes the way it deserves. So it is with some melancholy that I am putting the lot up for sale this month. I imagine there is a new chapter to be had out here for a creative new owner to either continue the Micro Showcase mission, or chart a visionary new course. Now thanks to a recent alley zoning rewrite you can even subdivide the lot to 2-3 lots! See link below for more information.
